The Restoration Industry Association held their annual convention and expo from April 24-26 in Orlando, FL. More than 1,000 restoration professionals and vendors gathered together from across the country to participate in educational programs and discussions about the latest industry trends and challenges. A variety of awards were presented during the convention, including the 2023 Women in Restoration Award and the Contractor’s Choice Award.
The next conference and trade show will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas, TX from April 8-10, 2024.
RIA Conference Preview
The Contractor Connection hosted their premiere event at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA from June 14-16. The conference and expo brought together over 3,000 contractors, insurance industry providers, and restoration industry professionals who took part in education workshops, seminars, and breakout sessions that were led by top restoration experts and insurance professionals.
This is a two-day conference that will take place from August 28-29 in Rosemont, IL at the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) headquarters, located at 10275 W. Higgins Road.
An important part of business success is seeking and obtaining customers. This event is specifically geared toward helping the staff of restoration companies connect with insurance providers, claims adjusters, and property managers to land restoration jobs and will be beneficial as well to individuals considering entering the restoration industry.
Registration cost is $697 for ISSA members and $997 for non-members.
Presented by Restoration & Remediation, The Experience Convention & Trade Show is an ideal event to attend if you’re interested in learning about everything related to the restoration, cleaning and remediation industries. This year’s event will be held in Las Vegas, NV from September 6-8.

ISSA Show Info From Previous Years
Registration is now open for ISSA’s signature event at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV from November 13-16.
Join other professionals in the worldwide cleaning and restoration industry to network and share knowledge and cutting edge solutions in order to improve industry standards while positively impacting the environment.
Registration for the Expo is FREE for all ISSA members ($100 for non-members). All Access registration, which includes a 4-day education pass, Spotlight and Happy Hour events, Expo Hall access, and more is $199 for ISSA members ($459 for non-members).
Registration also includes tickets to the BIG BASH on November 14th from 6:30-9:00 pm to celebrate the ISSA’s 100th birthday and centennial celebration at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.
